      I've been working for TCS for more than 10 years and just love it. Our leadership is strong! Everyone is treated with great respect.

      NONE! If you have worked for other retailers, you will know TCS is the BEST!

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
