      hourly pay is good for working in retail decent employee discount most of the other employees are pretty friendly

      Cons

      very strict on time may give you undesirable shifts and you can't do much about it

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
