      Pros

      You will never work with more skilled or caring p/t employees.Company sets the bar for retail presentation and training opportunities. The leadership of the company walks their talk, but aren't sure how to get their store leadership to do the same.

      Cons

      Upper leadership doesn't seem to know what is happening in their stores. In poor performing stores GMs are allowed to blame losses on others rather than on their own leadership. Making f/t is tremendously hard.

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Sometimes product can be inconsistent.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
