I’m sorry you felt the need to review us only one star, when we tried hard to accommodate you within the company.
As you’re aware, you joined the company on an apprenticeship scheme, at the age of just 17, with the training provider 3aaa. It was unfortunate that the training organisation shutdown nationally, shortly after your apprenticeship started. This was totally out of our control and we worked hard to find you an alternative provider, which you later declined as you approached us for permanent position instead. As we had no permanent positions available to match your level, we had no option than to part ways. This was certainly not what we wanted and hoped you would continue your apprenticeship with us.
I’m very sorry you felt the need to review us negatively, specially after offering you a pay increase during your apprenticeship.
