Very high hours with okay pay. Pay rises are infrequent and small. The company has just provided a cost of living one off payment, while appreciated vs other companies within the industry it doesnt go far enough. Management is okay, however the focus is on growth and margins which increases pressure. The unsaid truth of the company is the high stress and poor focus on mental wellbeing (even though the company says it focuses on it). Bigger teams get all the attention, everything is about Forty1, Axiom and Behavioral science. Creative, live and digital are often overlooked
