      Pros

      None, looking to have your tips stolen from you so the CEO can go on vacation? Then I’d say this is the place for you.

      Cons

      No breaks, you’ll work 40+ hours a week and not see any of the tips you make due to them saying it’s a “service charge”, you will be threatened if you ask questions, you will be lied to and gaslit.

      Pros

      Love the service charge system. It makes money consistent and I'm able to budget better. Love the amount of benefits offered. Love my coworkers and bosses!

      It's been about 5ish months with the company and no major complaints.

      Absolutely non, they take 30% of your tips

      Cons

      Everything,service declining, management is only hired from outside of the org not promoting from within. Pretty much lied about everything from the start.
