Staff Travel Tickets benefits are attractive for the firs 2 years.Free accommodation (if you are lucky to be assigned to nice location, otherwise you are in the dessert like in prison.) Free Transport to work (in a small workers bus)
Cons
Work Culture and interaction between colleagues is awful, management is not qualified skilled managers, they do not understand or listen to the crews and they work more for their own benefits. communication is often the hardest part inside the company. Of course the customer profiles onboard is most likely one of the worst in the world. no respect, bad attitude, poor hygiene and lack of education. i am very happy to have another career opportunity.
