I’d you decide to join D&D say farewell to friends and family because you won’t have the time to see them. Holidays included. The company is highly monetarily driven where covers and spend per client is more inportant than food and service. You are easily replaced and you are consistently made aware, even in a management position. Turnover of staff is the worst I have ever seen after 10 years in this industry You will de deceived and taken advantage of with false promises of promotions and new possibilties to stay in a compromising position where they come out the winners. On average they pay 10 - 15% less than any other company in London and all the tips given by CC is kept by management.
