Great work environment and lots of training.

A lot of the time you are overworked due to lack of staffing.

Pay is competitive if you have experience. Trainer and staff are mostly nice.

You’re treated like a piece of furniture, in that they will move you Dr to Dr and clinic to clinic to fill holes. You won’t be recognized for your work and you’re lucky if the Drs ever know your name. Training is with employees, some of which are not good at training. You’re moved around and will likely eat lunch alone your first few weeks, as it’s not a “warm” place. Too many levels of management, which is just a ticket for many to do less work, all just in attempt to try to make it a career-worthy hierarchy.
