Pros
Some of the people are really nice and management is understanding. The building is so cute too!
Cons
I think they're taking on more than such a small team and building can handle. That makes each shift pretty exhausting, and it's really difficult to get shift covered. Also, you're responsible for a lot because of how small the team is. The customer base can be really picky, and they expect a much higher level of service than a team that small can realistically provide. Pay is decent! That said, for serving jobs, it's on the lower side.
