Pros
The atmosphere and management are wonderful. Chris and Corey were incredible managers, the best I've ever worked under. I recommend The Fort to any friend looking to work in the restaurant industry. I wish anyone working there the best of luck, you will enjoy yourself.
Cons
Every restaurant has its issues, and the only bad experiences I've had at the Fort were due to individual character flaws and not issues with how the place is ran. To me, coming from the outside service world, the employees tend to create their own drama simply because there is none other to be had. ironically I think this is a good thing because the place is run so well they have to invent their own problems.
