This company holds itself, and the quality of its product to a very high standard. Because of this, I enjoy the opportunity to work with solid individuals who are all invested in, and support each other to accomplish what needs to be done, no matter what. The Fricks’ create an environment for constant innovation, and are always welcoming and supportive of ideas. They advocate for, and provide the conditions for upward mobility regardless of your role or position. The past two years here have seemed like two weeks because of the personal and professional fulfillment I’ve gotten from this company.
