      Pros

      The people are great. The Idea of being the Printing headquarters for their customers. Moving into white paper.

      Cons

      Small company. It was hard to separate who got special privileges and who did not. We were to do things a certain way, yet it seemed we made and exception for Most of the customers.

      Pros

      Advancement from within, Great people across all departments, Leadership pulls its weight and leads by example. Work Life Balance is promoted. Many times a year staff is released early for long weekends and holidays.

      Cons

      Work from home is not as much as an option as previous years.
