No benefits whatsoever if you’re an hourly employee. Tips are either nothing or decent, no in-between. Hourly wage is $10 an hour for Baristas/Hosts which is nothing compared to other places in the area. Management is overbearing and unwilling to stand up to corporate’s stupid decisions. No breaks unless you work a double, no free food or drinks ever. Discounted food if you work but it’s 25% which is again - nothing. Understaffed and overworked employees, puts everyone in bad moods when busy. No insurance, no 401k, no PTO, no vacation, no nothing unless you’re salary (restaurant manager).
