If you value your mental health and work life balance then this is not the place for you. Management is toxic and set unrealistic timeframes with things constantly happening at the last minute. Bullying is rife and ignored by management. The workload is extreme, there are no salary reviews or bonuses (unless you are in management). Pay is about $20k below market value although I have heard they have increased this to replace the approx 20 marketing professionals they have lost in the last six months…. The grass is not green here!
