      Pros

      The mission is wonderful, the benefits are great, some of the staff are great people

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic, which leads to toxicity in staff being unaddressed and involves gossip, negativity, divisiveness. Upper management roles are often filled by unqualified people, which leaves space for impropriety at best, illegal actions at worst.
