      Pros

      If you want to figure out if you want to work in Special Education, this is a great place. Lots of opportunities to go up the ladder. Started out at a TA and leaving after teaching for the year with my PIP and being enrolled in a credential program. Gives you experience.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Upper admin could not give a care one little bit about you. You are expandable in most eyes.
