Pros

Got on here because someone brought up our reviews online and was surprised to hear them say there were negative ones. This place is an exceptional place to work and holds a high bar for performance and is a fast paced environment so it hasn't been a fit for people. Its unfortunate to only hear from those who didn't workout. There haven't been people who quit- everyone who is here loves working here...which means you get to hear only one side. Its understandable they would be upset but unfortunate to be dishonest about the company. If you want a role that challenges you to grow and are up for growth its an excellent place to be employed and its filled with awesome people and rewarding work but its not for people who dont want to show up. There's no dogs in the lab. They stay in the office and I love we have a place that allows us to do that so I have to stand up for that statement too as I dont want that to ever change. Its such an awesome thing to have.

Cons

A lot of systems were built out this last year and working here previously required people to be good at self management and know their role without being micromanaged.....but a lot of hard people on the te got a lot in place so this is less of an issue now.

Pros

Attracts great people. Co workers felt like friends. Leadership has time to listen and talk to everyone. Room to make a big impact on a young company. Lots of opportunity in the industry,

Cons

Business decisions feel quick and often not thoroughly thought through, creating constant whiplash effects resulting in scrapped plans, redoing of work, and work being done poorly due to rush. Process needs serious thought and structure.
