Some good people worked there, but most were chased away by the climate of the company
Cons
Chris Herman is a terrible boss. He will keep changing rules and job assignments until you make a mistake, and then he's in your face over even the simplest things. If he would only let people do what they do best, he would have a better agency. They also have NO fresh ideas and make your work insanely long hours for no good reason
