Pros
After becoming a server, you make an average of 1k per paycheck during the better months, fall-winter. The coworkers are a lot of fun and there is very little drama that happens between the majority of them. The coworkers are great at including every one the best they can.
Cons
The managers are all related and they don't think they need anyone else. They still take the big tables as in the other reviews, nothing changed there in the past 3 or 4 years it seems. There is no benefit to working above and beyond or doing doubles, not even food discounts. In the slow months, you'll make an average $500 a paycheck after a 10% tip out. They will drastically cut hours and the managers take the good shifts and favorite some employees they know personally, giving them the best shifts where other servers get basically nothing if they hate you. There are no career benefits to becoming a lead. There are no compensations or benefits. There is no culture or value, if you don't work hard then your shifts get taken away. TL;DR get a second job with this one.
