Good for high school/ college but not for advancement - Waitstaff The Highlands at Pittsford Employee Review

The people are awesome, the managers are friendly and we do a really good job at what we do and my coworkers were great!

I honestly don't have one. I loved coming to work everyday, and that's hard to find in a job, especially in the restaurant industry.

Residents are great. Management is decent . Flexible hours Hourly pay as opposed to tips so your paychecks are steady and you don't have to worry about tipping out and losing money at the end of the night like other serving jobs.

Low pay. Required holidays. High turnover. Some of the staff are very immature
