      Flexible hours, laid back atmosphere. If you like a long commute to work, this is the place.

      Cons

      most employees don't follow, and even break, most of the rules in the employee handbook. Don't be a manager there, the owners will not support you

      The people are great and make the work great. If you want to succeed, Identity Source gives you the tools to do so. Rick and Pat are great leaders overall.
