Pros
. The company is super transparent; you can find any information you want without going through a gatekeeper (except sensitive information like HR data). . Though competitive, the culture encourages cooperation and group learning above all else. I'm only one post away from a lot of super talented people offering to help. . The team are understanding. I feel trusted to get the job done even if I don't do it in the 'conventional' way. I also feel supported to ask for help even when I think I'm being daft - no hint of judgement so far. . The benefits go beyond those you get in the contract. For example, the office is lovely (with free drinks and snacks) and we often get treated to free events or expensed food. In my opinion these achieve what benefits were meant to achieve when they first entered the corporate world, they motivate and nurture happy employees.
Cons
. The contracted benefits (e.g. pension, salary, health insurance) could be better but as I said, there are of other tangible benefits which I love. . It's really easy for important information to get buried in Convo (the communications app we use instead of email). I love the platform but wish we used email or had a better solution archiving.
