This is genuinely an incredible company to work for and I am thankful every day for the opportunities and support provided. I have worked for several companies and this one is head and shoulders above the rest: - the training that is provided is second to none, all of the coaches are passionate about what they do and will always go out of their way to ensure you are where you need to be - the support that is provided while you are on placement is incredible, there are always people lining up to help with any challenges you are facing, regardless of whether those challenges be technical or personal. Everyone in the Data School is assigned a mentor and POD (collection of 15+ people from across the company) who are also always on hand for assistance and advice - there are always activities and social events to get involved with. From expensed POD nights out to free weekly yoga classes. As well as free fruit, tea and coffee in the office there is a beer fridge and table tennis to make the most of

Honestly cannot fault TIL / Data School. I have heard stories of some manager being challenging while on placement - but the way I see it, this is just a 6 month window to learn how do deal with these types of personalities
