Worst Racist Employer Ever! - Assistant The Intelligent Companies Employee Review

HR is racist, bias, and extremely unprofessional. The work environment was brutal; the owner had employees handling things outside, the work description, such as preparing documents for his child support hearing. I spent several hours on paralegal work, which affected completing daily job task for the company. This place is a joke and the atmosphere is HELL. I have been in the work force for over 15 + years and have never experienced a company’s HR with this type of work ethic. HR would say racist and inappropriate remarks daily. Working here provided an atmosphere of the segregation. Wouldn’t recommend if you have high school diploma/GED or higher….You deserve better…Good Luck!
