The Intern Group Response

Hi there, Thank you for your candid review. If you are still with us, I encourage you to connect with a member of leadership or the People team to voice your concerns! It's true we do have a lot of "entry level" roles. Many of our team members start their careers with us which we love! In the past 12 months we have had 20 internal promotions, which shows our dedication to developing our team members and looking to provide opportunities within. I trust this year you will see improvements regarding the cons you've listed. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Staffing agency itself is reliable and communicative

Cons

The employers they placed me with was shady and fired me unfairly and the intern group itself won’t reassign you if you’re fired because they reserve the right to not have to reassign you if you are fired for any reason in their terms and conditions
