- Worked like an animal for the months leading up to the event including weekends, unpaid overtime, even all nighters sometimes - Management is constantly changing their minds about how things should be done, after hours and hours of doing it the way they had previously asked you to do something - Management is emotionally unstable. Constantly yelling at employees and each other. - Always felt as though I had to walk on eggshells around management. - Pays below experience level.
