Remote. Medical base plan paid by company (high deductible though). Minimal micromanagement. Company is full of good people who are always willing to help you out. They also took into consideration employee feedback and implemented some refreshing changes for 2026.
Cons
Your experience will depend on your assigned market and leader. Regardless of job title or role, some of the more tenured employees are a little too comfortable and certain behaviors will just become HR issues as the company grows.
