Always busy, great learning experience for new graduates, pay, employee ticket presales and discounts, proshop discounts, location
Cons
management, HR department and leadership - there is no cohesive communication and everyone feels that "it's not my job" which leads to a lot of problems with management goals and effectively communicating to employees. Lots of work to be done but they expect 1 person to do the job of 2-4 people, provides little support and a lot of criticism
