      Very friendly staff, collaborative culture. More relaxed schedule, teach 3 days a week instead of 5

      Cons

      Low pay comparative to SD Unified School District The homeschool-hybrid model simply doesn't work for a lot of these students. It gets exhausting trying to get students to do work at home

      Everyone is kind, friendly, and cares about the students.

      Cons

      Lots of staff getting jobs elsewhere. Not sure if it is due to pay, driving distance or workload.
