      Interaction with the kids is the only pro.

      Cons

      Unethical management Contracts not followed Salary not paid in time. Teachers treated as menial labors and not involved in anything. Unnecessary working hours. Pedagogy not at all suitable for modern and future working roles.

      Salary is very good Teaching method is unique and interview process is quick and easy Initial training is provided

      Cons

      Working hours is too long and unnecessary Contracts are not followed Not enough independence is given to the teachers. Teachers are not involved in anything.
