Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The team culture is collaborative and genuinely supportive, people are always willing to help each other out and share knowledge. Everyone is approachable and employee input is always valued, which makes a big difference day-to-day. There are good opportunities for professional development, and I’ve been able to take on new challenges that have really helped me grow my skills.

Cons

Personally, I had a great experience working here, so there are no cons for me.

Pros

I got what I needed out of it and I was out . 18 months on the CV and then headed to the city. I’am still in touch with a few people that work or worked there. Team leader was a fair guy.

Cons

Loans engine should be called “slave engine” over worked , under paid . Training not all that at all. You catch most of the job on the role . The role itself isn’t hard , and can be grasped relatively quick. The targets are stupid and consequential . The consistent over riding pressure to service and sell a loan is highly demanding . Sometimes even rude and sometimes the feedback even questions ability to even do the job ( or even exist as a human ). Parking is free but there is nothing really In the vicinity to eat , you have to take a short drive to Tesco’s or queens road or at-Albans road to eat. There is a van down the road with reasonable food but repetitive.
