I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The team culture is collaborative and genuinely supportive, people are always willing to help each other out and share knowledge. Loans engine should be called “slave engine” over worked , under paid . Training not all that at all. You catch most of the job on the role . The role itself isn’t hard , and can be grasped relatively quick. The targets are stupid and consequential . The consistent over riding pressure to service and sell a loan is highly demanding . Sometimes even rude and sometimes the feedback even questions ability to even do the job ( or even exist as a human ). Parking is free but there is nothing really In the vicinity to eat , you have to take a short drive to Tesco’s or queens road or at-Albans road to eat. There is a van down the road with reasonable food but repetitive.
