Pros
This is a cakewalk factory job. Workers will complain it's too hot sometimes, but have never worked an a non-climate controlled facility before. They will generally work with you when it comes to needing to rearrange your schedule for something that comes up, just don't be trying to take advantage of that.
Cons
Poor communication. Lack of training. Management will absolutely lie to your face. Pay is sub-par, but again, it's also not as fast-paced or quota driven as a typical factory environment. Lack of upward mobility, especially if you ARE good at your job.
