Good place to work - Support Worker The Maples Employee Review

Very hands on and a huge help with experience in this type of field. Working with other staff of nurses, therapists, and doctors but mainly with the girls. The girls will know you way better than they know the other staff. You are way more involved with their treatment than you realize. It is so rewarding though to see the genuine progress that the girls makes daily and knowing you are a necessary part of it.

The hours are the only cons, however in this field it makes the most sense so it is understandable. But that doesn’t make it a pro.

I have the ability to help people that need it,I have 15 year's in experience and looking to expand my career to another level.

The down side is the long hours and the weekends that you have to work, but being dedicated and determined, and apply disaplin and it makes it hard to really care about how many hours you work a week.
