      At least you get a pay check

      Cons

      This is like working in High school. You only move up if you are besties with the owner or her family. They lay off every couple of months, they move you from department to department and have you work hand in hand with Registered Sex Offenders.

      Pros

      Exceptional leadership, good benefits, clear expectations, fair evaluations, and competative compensation. I am very happy.

      Cons

      I have been with the company 5+ yrs and have no complaints. Opportunities for improvement exist (as in all companies), but leadership maintains an active role in lessening/eliminating challenges faced by staff.
