      Pros

      Casual dress, can wear flip flops and shorts

      Cons

      No training or good comunnication between departments. Emails are monitored daily and you get yelled at by the owner. He usually yells then asks questions later. So very hard to have to have a conversation with him because he hears what he wants to hear.

      We acknowledge our Glassdoor reviews are terrible under previous management and we are changing the culture to and empowered employee base that is Humble, Hungry and Happy (our new mantra)!

      This is the most toxic and dysfunctional environment I've ever encountered in my career. The outrageously high turn-over rate with employee's directly reflects the disgusting toxic unprofessional environment created by the owner

      First of all The Memory Company does not have nor has ever had a job title of Product Manager. Clearly this is a false statement from someone who has never worked at the company.
