Pay is decent, management is very friendly, lots of free bread at the end of the day.

No cons that stuck out.

Tips are good and you get a free shift meal daily

Management are related and will back each other up instead of addressing issues and taking care of employees. Staff gets yelled at and mistreated by one, and cannot report for fear of retaliation from the other, who is her older sister. One of my co-workers tried when I worked there with her, and was then retaliated against and pushed out of the company for reporting the issue. HR told every other staff that she reported though they are required to keep it anonymous and then belittled her in front of management after interviewing selected staff and avoiding those the employee listed as witnesses to the issues. I was never asked despite being on her list, and all the other employees with exception to those she listed were. Very shady business practices here. They are lucky she didn't sue them!
