Rapidly growing company Demanding work - emotionally draining Communication among a group of staff within a transdisciplinary team is always challenging. Some work days can be more than 8 hrs for salaried staff.

The junior staff can be fun. I enjoyed seeing the students. Some office staff are warm and friendly. The mission of the clinic is admirable.

The management was informed of brusque, hectoring manner in which specific senior clinical staff addressed me and others at times in a public forum. The environment become so toxic that it affected my ability to perform my job. When I brought the matter to the attention of the Clinical Director, I lost the contract and was not remunerated completely for my time. Full-time expectation is 50-60 hours per week. Perfection is demanded. It is either their way, thoughts and ideas and if yours differ, it is best to be quiet. Please be weary of the contract. While TMC will make some changes, those that "trap" you, they will not.
