Pros
The company has become a lot more transparent since covid, there is good career growth opportunities if you have the right team and boss.
Cons
Many people in roles who have direct reports aren't equipped to manage people, they got there just due to tenure and not their ability to actually manage people...managers are merely a formality in most cases, not mentors or coaches to employees. There is also very little onboarding and you have to figure out things on your own. Your manager can make or break your career at NPD, and unfortunately, there's a lot poor managers.
