Pros
I had met some great people within this company. The trips were fun. If you have the right team, you can go incredibly far. There is room for growth.
Cons
Honestly, favoritism is huge within this company. Seems like you only get far if you’re really close with the district managers. Those that do work hard aren’t really provided with any recognition. Compensation is not good. There is no work/life balance whatsoever. You are “trained” incorrectly or thrown to the wolves and expected to know everything. Don’t you dare ask anybody for help either, because all they will do is make you feel stupid. They have CORE Values that are only expected to be upheld by the lowest on the totem pole. Anyone higher up does not have to abide by them. (Only a handful do though) so many negatives from working here.
