      The GLOBE Internship program at the Nature Conservancy is one of the most well-structured and supportive internship programs I have had the pleasure to be a part of. Even after your internship is concluded, you receive wonderful follow up and career advice including cover letter and resume critiques.

      Cons

      Depending upon your location, it can be difficult to feel a sense of community. The worldwide office is immense, and some of the departments can feel disjointed.

      Pros

      Mission is awesome. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Prioritizes comfort over continuous improvement. Very bureaucratic and slow. Incredibly sensitive culture to a point of extremity--don't think you're in a safe space or that you can be open with any communication. Someone will be offended by your honesty and the backlash is yours to manage. They prefer people to just go with the flow even if it's painful, inefficient, etc.
