Lots of equipment to use and test samples with Lots to learn Interesting field, depending on your view Management is very passionate about the field and are always trying to renovate Consistent hours; schedule is 8-5. Overtime is sometimes offered.

Pay and benefits are below market value Treatment amongst employees is very inconsistent and fragmented A lot of times you have very high expectations in an unreasonable time frame Vacation time is inflexible Work place culture/employee adhesion is little to non existent
