Pros

The Opentensor Foundation offers a unique opportunity to work remotely with a global community passionate about decentralized AI. As an open-source organization, it fosters collaboration on innovative blockchain and AI projects that push the boundaries of technology. Working here means contributing to cutting-edge advancements in AI. For the people by the people!!

Cons

At the Opentensor Foundation, the fast-paced environment requires constant adaptation and a strong drive to keep up. The decentralized and remote setup, while flexible, can sometimes feel isolating, and communication across global time zones can be challenging. Additionally, the open-source nature of the work demands a high level of self-discipline and initiative, which may not suit everyone.

Pros

I genuinely love working here because I work alongside many geniuses in the company Everyone truly cares about the mission and purpose of this company. it has a high-performer but flexible startup feel to it. It moves fast, feels alive, and you'll actually feel like your work matters. Every day feels purposeful, and I wake up excited to work (a very rare butterfly) Complete remote work, location freedom, and major growth opportunities. Self-directed projects are supported by management.

Cons

You'll need to sync up with Canada/USA timezone for some meetings, but other than that all hours are flexible and up to you.
