Pros
Over the last few years, the pros have dwindled to nothing.
Only pro is the 8-4 schedule.
Cons
They no longer offer an employee discount. Communication from upper management has gone from bad, to worse. There are no raises, promotions or replacing full time employees when they leave. Most managers do little to nothing that actually contributes to production (some actively make their employees days harder.) No one is held accountable because they have nothing to offer those that do their job well. Non-hourly employees are allowed to come and go as they please, while still collecting their full pay.
