      Pros

      Every team has a solid relationship with their managers, and our time is purposefully respected. Plenty of opportunity for feedback and realistic expectations of employees. Quality health benefits. Employees of all ages. Very, very low turnover.

      Cons

      Lower wages that have not kept up with inflation. Decent for what you can find in SLO, but a good portion of remote places outpay.

      The Parable Group is a great place to exercise my skills with a company that really cares about their people, clients and community.

      Cons

      It's a small company - therefore growth path for my employees is challenged.

      Great, supportive, and fun people to work with. The company has been around for a while and knows what it's doing in terms of its primary products.

      Cons

      Some HR decisions could be made and/or communicated better. Time-off is limited for people who have been around for less than 5 years.
