Pros
The Perfect Workout is an incredible company to work for, and I would recommend the job and the workout to anyone I know! When I first read the job description, I was skeptical of the workout and thought it was a program like Curves that tries to get clients in but doesn't actually offer life change. However, after I experienced the workout for myself and met all of the other wonderful trainers that are a part of our company, I was totally sold! This workout is incredible, and really can change lives! I have had clients, both male and female, from 30 years old to 80 years old, athletic or out of shape, thin or overweight, transform their bodies in just a couple of months! This is more than just a workout that we offer here - it is hope for these clients. Hope that they can make a change, even when they have tried before and failed. This is what keeps me going from day to day - the fact that every day I have the chance to change each person that I work with's life. Another incredible thing is that you get paid to do the workout yourself with other trainers at the facilities! I have never been paid to workout before, but it is a wonderful perk when you are passionate about fitness! I have been able to get stronger and to put on muscle for the first time in my life! I love the workout, and you will excel here as long as you are passionate about helping people and love the workout method as well.
As far as pay goes, I have found it completely adequate. You do get out of the job what you put in, but if you are putting in the effort to really be passionate about your work, it will be easy to succeed and you will find each day fulfilling! There is never a cap on what you can earn either, there is always something that you can do to get a bonus or a pay raise! It is really incredible. :)
Cons
The only downside has been working with other trainers who aren't passionate about their job. Trainers that have a negative attitude and tell the clients bad things about the workouts or who lack creativity in their coaching are a detriment to the company and can drive clients away. If you are a negative person who likes to complain, then this is probably not the job for you. However, if you are passionate about fitness and changing people's lives through evidence-based exercise, this is the job for you and you will excel!
