Pros
First, the company culture is like no other! A place to express candor, feel supported, continuous ongoing learning, & has been around since 1999. The company follows the science that makes slow motion strength training so successful /safe/effective & because of this, clients stay year over year & so do the trainers. If you have been a fitness trainer, then you know it takes time to build a clientele. I am going on year 5 with my company & I have to say it has been one of the best experiences of my working career. From the clients I have built relationships with, to helping them continue to stay strong & healthy, to the pay structure-- it will become lucrative the longer you stay & as you continue to build the clientele. I am sitting at a place where I am financially secure, & the company support is there in whatever capacity needed ....If you are looking for a long term career in personal fitness training, you have come to the right place! We take the time to screen & educate our trainers for success. If you are serious, we would want to know you. I hope my review impacts you & pushes you toward your career goals in the fitness field! Good Luck to All!
Cons
The certification is intensive so you need to make time to study & put in the hours to complete certification. The days are full & long but do move fast! Medical benefits are offered so you have insurance coverage, but could be better in terms of lower prescription costs, deductables, that sort of thing.
