Cons

6 figure income with unlimited potential. You want to make a ton of money, you're going to do a ton of work.

Pros

The job has unlimited earning potential and career growth. Management goes out of their way to make sure you are successful . The company focuses on continuous credit education to make sure that you master your craft and best serve your clients. Having a direct line of communication with upper management and ownership is certainly a plus if you ever have any questions or concerns.

Cons

Focusing in business and mortgage finance can be stressful at times when having to meet timelines. Although you have unlimited earning potential it does come with a price. Do not expect to be a top producer without putting in the hours. The sales department is highly competitive and mediocrity is not tolerated. If you do not have "thick skin" this is not the company for you.

Pros

they promote a sense of feeling valued to their employees; great people to call co-workers - they all support each other; owners don't ask you to do anything they wouldn't jump in and do themselves; office atmosphere is laid back and positive; help is there if you need it; open door policy is actually adhered to; no pressure to do more than you can manage; guidance of processes and education of the industry is abundant; whatever tools you need to perform your job, they go out of their way to provide; great work hours (off half days on Friday to handle personal stuff); overtime isn't ruled out if the work is there and the time is necessary to get the job done; they put family first - both the work family and your personal family (time off for family needs isn't denied if reasonable); no micro-managing (they give you the tools to perform and let you get to it!); no aggressive attitudes from management; everyone seems to truly care about each other, so the co-worker relationships are personal and professional at the same time

Cons

a new company, so no insurance is offered, but it is growing fast so hopefully this won't be a "con" for long!
