No one has integrity. Everyone is only out to look out for themselves. There is no sense of team or training. It is loaded with drama. Management has zero experience in building a successful team or giving people the tools to succeed. The owner lets manager run it into the ground with poor service and communication. Would suit him well to replace the manager with someone who knows how to lead.
