I would highly recommend this company to those looking for temporary, temp-to-hire, contract and internal positions in the staffing and recruitment industry. The average time of employment for internal employees is greater than 15 years and upwards to 35 years. That speaks volumes. They care about the wellness of their employees and the HR department has implemented a wellness program that rewards healthy lifestyles. The Protocall Group has been in business for 50 years since 1965.

Every company has some downsides, but if they were anything truly significant, then you would not find employees that have been here for 15-35 years.
